Brett started in the HVAC industry as a residential service technician in 2010.  He later moved into commercial/industrial HVAC where he worked as a Journeyman in the Plumbers & Pipefitters Union for 5 years.  He then began his role at McAtee in 2016 as the Director of HVAC Operations, and has since moved into his current role.  Brett holds all of the HVAC Contractors Licenses for McAtee.  He also holds his Universal EPA Certification, West Virginia Technicians License, Trac Pipe Certification, and numerous other certifications.
